The role capitalizes on her passion for action by utilizing her mixed martial arts, horse riding, weapon skills, and athletic abilities enabling her to pull off her tricks and truly embody the strong female character. Jessica has learned to box, learn muay Thai as well as trains at an academy for mixed martial arts in Australia. Jake Stormoen was spotted by a dog when shooting Season 4. It turned out that the animal was part of the litter of stray puppies who were living on sets. Jessica took care of two puppies.
